  1. Notification pop up is annoying

    Notification pop up set for 5 sec but often stays on much longer. Can't swipe it off & blocks stuff. Annoying! Can you make it swipable?

  2. Issue. it's impossible to delete messages from sender who isn't in phonebook

    I try to delete messages received from my bank. I do it, but they are still in stock messenger, and after 2 minutes they appear in textra again

  3. Option to have temporarily allow replies from lock screen.

    You only want your messages hidden when others are around. If you know you're gonna be alone for a while it would be nice to have the option to allow reading the messages and replying for a set time. Sort of like a reverse incognito mode

    Perhaps in the app, there can be an icon you touch/hold to bring up a slider with different amounts of time (30, 60 min., etc.). While still holding your finger down you can drag down to the time you'd like to be able to read or reply quickly from the home screen.

  9. Option to randomise the message/conversation colours?

    Why can't the devs add an option to randomise the message colours? Google Messenger does it, and so does a couple of other sms replacement apps.

    Answer text from hubby email (he texts me like cellnumber@carrier.com. Shows up as Sent from my mobile then below is the message. Ugh! Would like to eliminate or change that.

    an option to allow me to enlarge the keypad alpha character (A-Z) font size. I have to put glasses on to read the keypad when I try to dial by name. There's plenty of black space. Let me enlarge the letters,

    Option y/n to turn on data services radio when roaming in order to send or receive mms. Should override other settings about mms data radio.

    I have installed and uninstalled now 6 times this week..
    group text doesn't work..
    I can text a picture to myself..
    Yes.. stock messaging is turned off.
    I am a pro user.. I wish this application worked.. I like to send group texts to my church.

  20. When you open messaging

    When you open messaging it should open to the last person you texted. I will receive a message from someone then I will respond to that message, but, when I open the textra app it will open to the person I contacted before that. It would be better if it opened to the most recent message.
