long press the Textra icon, then click app info, make sure notifications is allowed

My phone today suddenly stopped vibrating. is there a solution other than factory reset on this issue? i do not want to factory reset.

This was fixed for me with Android 6.0.1
Vibration notifications from Textra are now working properly for me in Power Save battery mode.

Verizon - Samsung Galaxy S6

Tried uninstalling, reinstalling app, reset phone to default settings (NOT a factory reset), and no change.
Did a factory reset and reinstalled TextraSMS, and the problem was resolved... until something else updated on the phone and broke TextraSMS vibration notification again :(
Was working for half of a day. Now I need to find out which app update is doing it.

Same problem here. Verizon. Galaxy S6. Started after the WiFi calling update. Textra support please help I don't want to factory reset

I'm on the same boat. I got the verizon update and since then no matter what I do it doesn't vibrate on incoming notifications. Please help as this is extremely frustrating!

Same. All other apps, including stock messaging app will vibrate. Factory reset fixed the problem until I took the most recent S6 system update from Verizon.
