Delivery Report for Received Messages; Time SENT and time receieved

Let's say Joe texts me at 1:32pm, but my phone is off or on airplane mode or something. I don't get the text until 4:16pm when I turn my phone back on. I want to know that the text was sent at 1:32pm. Am I missing this somewhere?

    This is I great idea and should be standard. The info is in the received text but android don't utilise the info!
