Use internet when available to send messages

When I'm connected to the internet it would be nice if I can use it to send messages rather than my carrier if I don't have sufficient service

    I believe this works on TMobile and some Verizon phones already (SMS/MMS ove WiFi)

    I agree, although I think the ability to have this feature depends on your carrier
