Make textra compatible with samsung smart watches (Tizen OS support)
Textra isn't compatabile with any of the Samsung gear watches - which run on the Tizen OS. I wish textra would make themselves compatabile with Samsung's smart watch OS. Defeats the purpose of having a smart watch if you can't check all your messages on it...

So yes, if you change the Textra Privacy Settings so that you can see the content of the texts in the pop up alerts on your phone, then the text messages display perfectly on the Samsung Smart Watches. My only question now is would Textra ever make a setting that allowed the phone to have privacy but still enable the content to show up when the text is opened on a watch that uses Tizen OS?

You're right, Robert. I got mine to work once I changed removed the privacy settings in the Textra App. As long as I don't allow floating notifications with a preview of the text messages to appear, then I can't get the message to open on my Smart Watches. But once I lifted that Privacy restriction, it worked smoothly.

I just made textra my default app on my lg g4 and I can send/reply and receive text on my gear s2
