Live support for pro users
If textra sends me a message telling me I cannot receive mms/sms. Then textra should have live support for its pro users. I paid for your app. Give me my messages. I need a human to walk me through the retrieval process. I am not super tech savvy. I don't want blogs, or to Google. I want the makers of the app I paid for to provide the service I paid for
