This is driving me crazy. Like the person above, I keep hitting the ads when I first open the app to see a msg that's just come in. It's a hassle for me to jump right out of the ad and it gives false stats to whoever is running the ad as I have zero interest in what they're selling.

I'm willing to bet that this is by design and that they make it drop down where your last text is hoping that you -will- accidentally tap it.
