Factory reset my phone. Lost pro status

Had to do a factory reset on my phone due to problems but my pro status that I paid for is gone!

    Same here. Got a new phone, lost Pro, did all the steps in the FAQ and got no where but having to redo all my settings. I paid for Pro...is there no way to contact Textra support anymore?

    Replacement phone.... Pro is all gone.
