Ability to view message & see full conversation on Android Wear

Similar to Google Hangouts of Google Messages on Android Wear - the ability to view incoming text messages and the entire message thread from an Android Wear device (e.g. MOTO 360).

    Is it possible to make it so you don't have to click on it to read the message? I have the gear s2 and every time I get a message I have to click on it to read it from my watch, whereas on the stock app it just shows it.

    Whole point of the watch is so you don't need to pull out your phone. I would love to see full conversation and also picture.
