Support open whisper privacy protocols

Open whisper is a end to end encryption for messaging that can be integrated into Textra... Originally imbedded in all CM ROMs, it is now a standalone messaging and phone app for android and iPhone, BUT open source so products like Textra could also participate!

    Yes, please. Textra has the best UI that I've seen on any Texting application, and I would love for it to be able to do the Open Whisper protocol.
