I use this accidentally far more often than I use it intentionally.

But it's especially important with how Samsung's text selection mechanism works on their latest software. Samsung disabled double-tap to select text, instead allowing the user to hold or hold and drag to select a string of text. Unfortunately, whenever I try to use this to select text going from left-to-right, I have to do it very slowly or else I accidentally return to the conversation list... It would be great if I could turn it off because I don't need it, but I often need to select text that I've typed in a conversation.
