I have found 2 possible bugs with Textra notifications:

• Too many notifications coming in at once temporarily lock the UI thread.

• Multiple "Cannot get MMS" messages tend to cause conversations to have persistent unread message notifications until the conversation is deleted.

Let me expain my situation that has caused me to find these bugs. I cannot get sms or mms messages at my work (I am aware that this is an issue with my service provider and not with the app). Pretty much all day I get notices that Textra "Cannot get mms."

Once I leave my office building I get all the messages that where missed during the day, and all of the notification going off at once causes the UI thread to lock until they all are done playing out. This is frustrating as it usually takes minutes for my phone to be usable after work.

Also the unread message counts are always off, and too high when this occurs. Once all the notifications stop and I can open the app there are usually 100+ unread messages in my conversations, and when I open a conversation there is always less unread messages. Once I read through the unread messages I will go back and there will still be unread messages in that conversation. I have to delete the conversation to remove the "unread" indicator.

My device is a Oneplus one running the most recent version of Android 6.0.1
