Virgin Mobile MMS Error

I am currently getting the error as follows when I try to receive messages from a group chat and pictures.

Can't get MMS
Check Textra > MMS Settings > APN (tap to retry)

Carrier: Virgin Mobile

    I am also receiving this notification, but I am receiving MMS messages fine, along with group messaging. Only other messaging apps are defaults and are disabled.
