Is there a place to get actual support help from other users (aka a real "forum") for the many issues not addressed in Knowledge Base? Since the word "forum" appears in the URL above, it would be great if this really were a forum, and not just a way to leave feedback.
For the pittance I paid for Pro, I don't expect live support from your staff, but I'm sure other users have had similar issues and would answer my questions, as I might theirs.
My current problem is the list of texts to and from my daughter won't appear in Textra. I can send texts to her through Textra, and her responses show up as notifications and open in Quick Compose window, but not in the main Textra logs window.
I have disabled my Galaxy S6 Marshmallow's "Optimize battery usage" Doze feature, per one of your Knowledge Base answers, and they are normal Text Messages, not RCS, or MMS, or anything else.
Texts sent to & from her as group messages show up in the logs, but not any of the ones only to or from her.

I think I read somewhere to go into settings > messaging and turn off advanced messaging. I am hoping for RCS support soon
