New phone, can't get Textra Pro back
I had to get a new android phone, as the old one died, but Textra won't recognize I've already paid for the app, even though I'm using the same Google account. Please help.

Also, forgot to mention, I tried all the steps you gave in another support thread for trying to get it back, didn't work.
