Add an option to customize the name for each group conversation. For example, renaming a group as "work" or "night crew" as opposed to having to create a new group convo every time or scrolling down to the last message sent to that group and verifying everyone on the list.
Also, having the ability to add or remove a person from a group conversation would be great. Too many times people reply saying they no longer work for the company (because I'm in a rush and forgot to check everyone on the list) or that I forgot about the new guy.
