Black chat bubbles or option to remove bubbles
Black conversation bubbles. I use the black background and this would give the appearance of no bubbles. Or better still, an option to remove bubbles.

Yes, the option to have no bubble would be nice. On my phone the bubbles are narrow and waste a lot of horizontal space, making long messages require lots of scrolling and mental parsing.
