Add a setting to disable swiping up to show the keyboard.

I have an s8 and when in immersive mode, you can swipe up from the bottom edge to show the nav bar. I can't use Textra with immersive mode because swiping up shows the keyboard, so I can't press back.

    This is also very annoying for me on my OP 5T.

    Would this be something difficult to implement?
