Long-press Send for quick option toggles

I would like to have more flexible control over SMS/MMS, depending on who I am sending to and what the context is. Since there is no way to change this on-demand, It is very tedious to have to back out of my message, go into settings, return to my message, send it, then go back into settings and change it again. I would prefer to be able to leave the Settings as permanent/default, with the ability to make ad hoc message changes.

Current behavior:
-Start composing message
-Back out of my message
-Go into settings, navigate menu
-Change setting to temporary
-Back out of settings, return to Draft message
-Finish and send message
-Go back into settings, navigate menu
-Change setting to usual
-Back out of settings

Desired behavior:
-Start composing message
-Long-press Send, ad hoc option toggles appear
-Change setting to temporary and send message
(usual settings would remain as default and unchanged for subsequent messages)

These are the options I would like to be able to quickly toggle per text:
1. Group Messaging - "Chat" vs "Bulk"
2. Convert Long SMS to MMS - "No" vs "When > 1 SMS"
