I've found that after customizing the colors just the way I want them for Sent and Received messages in a conversion, when I look at the actual texts, I think it'd look better if they were reversed. A simple "Swap" button could apply the settings for "Sent" to "Received" and vice versa really easily and save a lot of trouble trying to get things just right for each person, all over again.
