Disable snippet preview
While it's a great new feature, making it a disable-able feature would be great! It sort of takes the fun out of opening a funny link your friends send you when the preview is already there.

In Textra 3.41 rolling out this week we have added a new preference, see Settings > Web Previews (Off, Sent, Received, All). So configure whatever suits!

Please switch off this feature. It's usually full of mash anyway as the server doesn't support the function.

This needs to be disabled by default urgently as I am finding highly inappropriate links being inserted in to sms messages when people sign off their sms's with xxx as this is a valid domain and leads to all kinds of offensive content!! For example my elderly mother often signs off sms messages with mum.xxx which textra thinks is a link to a pron site!!!! Very very bad and what if I was a minor?

Yes, PLEASE allow this to be disabled! I find it very, very annoying. Not because of funny links, but because I don't want this crap showing up. Plus, it ends up making a call to the link which I may not even want to open up!

Also, it can eat up data on links you might choose not to click on until you're on wifi.
