Text/font Color
We should have the option to change the color of the text inside our sms bubble. Currently we only have black gray and white options but should be able to make the font color any we want. I use the light screen option and the white theme as it is easier on my eyes; sometimes it's harder to distinguish between sent and received messages due to the font colors having to be either black or gray. Being able to make the received blue and the sent red would be awesome.

And no one should EVER use yellow text on a white (or beige) background. I thought that designers had learned this lesson from the Gourmet cookbook fiasco.

And, when I just entered this comment, I was sent an email with a "Special Button" to login, but the button used dark blue text on a purple background, which is hard to read. Someone really needs to think about improving the contrast of text everywhere - text is where the information is transmitted, and if people cannot read text, then the information will not be conveyed. It is more important that the colors improve legibility than that they are stylish or consistent with any current fad.

I really support this option. I cannot read the date and time of the message at all, when I am in sunlight, even with the phone brightness all the way at max. Only in a dim room is the medium grey text on black background, legible.

I had this option before. I just uninstalled & reinstalled last night & now it's gone :(

That is a logical expectation.
