I have recently installed Textra, frustrated by my inability to add more than one photo to a text message in the native messaging app on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. Now, despite numerous discussions about it in various forums on the net, I find I cannot add attachments to Textra messages. The '+' button generates a screen asking me to change the permissions for the app to allow 'draw over other apps'. Clicking on the provided link to settings takes at least 5 minutes to bring up the settings in which all permissions are set for Textra, though there is no mention of 'draw over other apps'. By looking at the permissions by going directly through the settings icon, shows that the requested permission is already set. Also, uninstalling and re-installing makes no difference despite the message that this will fix the problem. I have a screenshot of the message from the app, but, true to form, there is no way to attach it to this post. So, is there a fix or do I just delete what looks like a promising app? Thanks Larry
