The ability to hit return to start a new thought. Not a fan of the long, run-on paragraph.

Agree. Swtiched to Textra based on recommendation. But just found there is no return button.
No return, then won't work when contacting law firm clients.

Going to leave Textra if it doesn't exist. Without it, this does not work for a professional environment.
