September 2020 and still no answers... I sticked with Google message for too long just for the RCS support, I switched back to Textra because I missed it so much, but I need RCS features...

Even Google is now fully supporting RCS in Google messages. Is there an update when Textra will do the same? ... Or should I stick with messages and stop using Textra?

I'm on a OnePlus 6 fully updated using T-mobile. I have not yet seen any reference to RCS on the native chat or Textra. Am I missing something?

I'm on Google Fi, which supports Sprint and T-Mobile, and I received an update that adds RCS features today, 1/16/19, so I would believe that it's supported by T-Mobile. I would love Textra to support it, as I would like to keep it as the default messaging app.

I just got the security update on my Android phone that adds Universal RCS (across carriers).. any response from Textra? Ever since samsung killed the custom notification sounds (per profile) on message alerts I've been using Textra (I actually need those custom sounds for certain text messages for my job due to on-call rotations), but I don't want to start having issues when texting between other t-mobile android rcs users when sending large files...

So, TMo is rolling out out now. Any word on Google Chat (RCS) implementation in Textra? I would hate to lose naming my group messages, multi-message deletion, and notification & thread customization.
