Textra will not sms international

Textra does not honor international dialing for text messaging.
Typically you can use +1 area code and number to text to a US based phone. Textra fails with this convention or using 001 prefix for the USA.

+86 for China
+852 Hong Kong

Etc

    Most of my UK family use the International format because of overseas family, Textra changes these to UK.......but any number in US format retains the International form
