On Oreo/android 8 (specifically samsung galaxy phones) the quick compose in the notification tray has to be tapped twice sometimes more to bring up Textra Quick Compose as the Oreo notifications are thinner/minimal. I would like a way for Textra to tell Android System not to minimise the notification so it behaves like it did in Nougat/7
