RCS Support

New Android updates rolling out RCS support across lots of carriers and devices. Hopefully Textra updates to support RCS otherwise I have to switch to default messages app or a third party messages app that allows the RCS features like typing notification and read receipts.

    Yeah if Textra wants to survive they HAVE to support RCS otherwise the app will die.
