It has already been asked, but differently so that's why I make a new suggestion

• In the Conversations List, as of now, we are forced to have the contact photo or a stupid circle with the contact initial in it. We loose so much useful space that it would be nice to turn it ON or OFF

• In the Conversation panel, as of now, we are forced to NOT have the contact photo next to the messages. I know it looks stupid because of the first point, but to be complete with the idea of ON / OFF option, you should make it available to turn it ON or OFF in this panel too (and ideally have an Icon for us that could be either photo or a generic circle)
