Restore Settings if Reinstalled is Not Available, Why?
All Apps have this Option? I had to Uninstall Textra because it Froze on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, I rebooted my phone twice, still didn't clear the problem of a totally blank black screen. I tried sending message to myself from another Phone but even that wouldn't go through. I had no option except to Uninstall then Reinstall, Google Play Store acted as if I was installing for the first time, meaning that I would have to pay again for the Pro Version. That's ridiculous but If that was all that happened it would have been worth paying again, but the worst part was t had lost all of my customization for my Hundreds of people that were in the App, all of my custom Colors, Notifications Settings, everything lost. Why isn't there a Restore Settings when this happens? Other Apps that are Uninstalled and then Reinstalled all have Restore Access Point or most Automatically are installed just the way it was installed to begin with. They're automatically set up to restore in the App itself. Just imagine if they weren't when people purchased new phone and reinstall all the App to their new phone, they reinstall at the same level that you were last using them. I had to do this and now I have to spend hours trying to remember how I had everything set up, which since I had no idea that this was going to happen, I had no notes on any of the settings. Ringtones and Sound Notifications, Colors, Heads-up Settings and how long, Repeat etc. A Restore Option is a Must, see how many people are commenting on the subject.
