Problem sending SMS, Deny Allow

UPDATE: Getting message "Textra is sending a large number of SMS messages. Do you want to allow this app to continue sending messages?" Deny Allow

I click allow but still won't send. It just keeps coming up. It just started today.

    I also receive the warning message. "Textra is sending a large number of SMS messages. Do you want to allow this app to continue sending messages?

    I click ALLOW (usually multiple times), and at the end, I usually get a notification that the message failed. Is there a setting to set a limit on the number of recipients (30-50 would be great)?
