I'dlike to say I Love our app but I had to use another because of this problem.
I'd prbably be a bit long but let me explain.

When I receive a mms with an image for exemple, Textra says "You receive an picture" (not sure of the word, I use it in french)
But when there is image and text in the mms, the Textra heads-up only shows the text and if I don't open the app, I don't know there's a picture.

I miss some important messages beacuse of this and this is why I had to change my app.
I tried some others texting apps and all of them show [image] in the popup or heads-up or notification.

Can you do something for that ?
