Needs an autocorrect toggle
Don't make me work so hard to misspell words!
Also don't autocorrect capitalized words (proper names).

Big issue of mine: when dictating "Hi Brian", I end up with "Hi brian".
Can't the app figure out that this is a first name that needs to be capitalized?
