I accidentally blacklist my contacts too often because of your menu design. When an SMS popup appears for a received message, the top menu item closes the popup. When it's an outgoing message popup via my "share" option on my phone, the first menu item is "blacklist". That means I often select the first menu item on autopilot because it's how I know to close the pop-up. My suggestion is to either move the position of "blacklist" further down the menu, add a close option to the outgoing text popup, or add an "are you sure you want to blacklist?" message when this is selected.
