Emulate iMessage reactions
I hate when someone with an iPhone reacts to a message, and Apple sends out a text version to non-apple recipients: Loved "the message I sent". If I get a message that starts with liked or loved, followed by the exact text of a previous message in the same thread, but encased in quotes, it would be great if Textra had the option to put a reaction on the appropriate message, strip out the the automated apple text, and replace the new message notification with a simple audio cue, so I don't have to read the reaction to eliminate the new message notification.

I just saw same feature on Textra on Android today. Is there a way for us to send reactions back to iPhone users, or is this one-way only?

Looks like they implemented this in the past day!

This would be great. Google Messages is doing this in the current beta. I would much rather stay on Textra, so please make this happen.

Please for the sake of our sanity, make these crap reactions go away or turn them into message badges. Please, we beg of you.

Agree. The receipt of iMessage Reactions, something we can't control, is very annoying as-is. Please give is a way to make this more tolerable.
