Can the recipient see if the text was scheduled?

I am having an issue with scheduled messages not sending at the scheduled time.
Background restriction is set as can't be restricted and battery optimisation is not in use.
The only thing I can think of is the do not disturb function is messing with it?
This is on a pixel 2 -

Is there a way to see all the messages you've previously scheduled in one place? They get lost in the conversation and it's difficult to find them again.

hello,
how do i find my scheduled messages? -
Donna commented
Easy enough.
1. Once the message is composed, press the "+" button on the bottom left of the message.
2. In the Tools bar that appears on the bottom of the screen, press the clock looking icon (located about center).
3. 'Date' and 'Time' Fields will appear.
4. Enter the date and time you wish to send the message.
5. Press the send arrow and your message is placed into the sending cue.
6. Tapping the completed message afterward allows you to reschedule or unschedule the message. To do so, find the clock icon and press it. You can now edit the date and time.HTH

TBH I'm while I'm delighted it exists, I'm not entirely sure how to use it, it's not really self explanatory. It feels like there should be a button that needs to be pressed because that's how UIs function...

This feature doesn't seem complete without being able to set a recurrence and the ability to revise a scheduled message's content and schedule.

It would be great if you could have a repeat option with this.

But only in 24hr format = fail
Everything else is in 12hr format, please fix to keep consistent and online with reality, lol

I have version 3.1.1. To send a schedule text simply push the "+" on bottom left corner of screen and then hit the timer icon.

There does need to be a way for repeated or regular messages to be sent

Don't forget to try to put the face is next to the text messages and the date inside the square of the text messages that would make this app great

is there a way to sending texts that have been scheduled?

To schedule a message, when typing the message press the "+" to the left. I don't know why the mods here don't post how. Rather rude since there are multiple requests for help.

I have the 2.35 version, and noticed in the "what's new" the log mentions there is a 2.36 with the an option to send scheduled text messages. So I how do I upgrade to 2.36 and get that feature? I have textra pro.

How do I schedule a message??

Has this feature been removed? I have version 2.31 but I don't see this option anywhere. There is a delay option (up to 9 seconds), but that's not the same thing.

I can't figure out how to use schedule for a future time... Where is this in the program? I just up-dated today and still can't find it.

I deleted a single message from today from a contact. Contact still appears at the top of list even though the last messages was over two months ago. That contact should have moved down the list....
