schedule send backdating
as of right now, when you go to set a time that is in the past, it clears the time you intend to set (ex: a scheduled send for 8:00 am at the time 10:00 am and it clears the 8:00) the normal intent is to send it the next day, more along the lines of "its too late for me to be texting this person how about tomorow" and I suggest that instead of default clearing, you default to the next date for that time (ex: a scheduled send for 8:00 am at 10:00 am defaults to 8:00 am the next day). Of course you would still have the ability to change the date, but most messages are scheduled < 24 hrs in advance and that is why I think it should be the default. (also for when you think u scheduled it but it didnt stay so u accidently text somebody at a time you dont want to start a conversation)

If you’re trying to handle schedule send with backdating, it usually helps to keep track of important dates clearly so timing doesn’t get confusing. I’ve found tools that show upcoming events and date tracking really useful for planning ahead. Something like https://www.yawminow.com/ gives a clear view of key dates, which makes organizing scheduled sends feel more accurate and less rushed.
