It would be useful, for some network services, to allow sending blank messages.

A lot of services are abusing the fact that it's not that easy to send a blank message. Please include this feature.

Sometimes you need to send blank message - for example to activate some service or to buy public transport ticket.

Ya. Itll be use full. Not everyone sends text. Somewhere, Blank messages also speak more than texts.
