A setting to resize pictures
When sending a picture bigger than a set limit, the app shoud resize it. (the stock app does it on my Galaxy s4)

See Textra Settings > MMS > Carrier Send Limit

Allow manual input of MMS size. Example - Vodafone UK MMS supports 295Kb but Textra only shows 200 or 300.

Doesn't work. Attached animated gif and just gives message that attachment is over the carrier limit. Limit is set correctly in settings, so this is a Textra failure or limitation.

I'm having a problem sending images via texta, it fails to send because they are too big and it doesn't compress them enough (note 3 pictures)
