Block group chats that have a blocked number

I have someone who reaches out via a group chat, but that person is blocked. I'd like for it to be that if a person is blocked ALL messages are blocked

    It's certainly most irritating to be sure. A person uses 'blocked ' for a purpose. It can't be both.
