I need to copy only part of sms (for example tel.number, sms code or another texts)

I used to be able to copy and forward my texts but today it won't let me

It seems self-evident that in a text-messaging app, you should be able to copy parts of a text instead of having to copy the whole thing. That's what you can do on the native text apps, so in this regard, Textra is less capable. At the very least, can the devs explain why this issue hasn't been addressed for such a long time?

I know that you can copy whole messages (and I really love how easy it is to do that!), but it would be really nice to have the ability to copy only certain parts of messages (with a text highlight tool, or whatever). Thanks!

Requesting full clipboard access. Not for copying text messages but to copy something frequently used over into a text easily. Currently, your app only copies over the last item placed on clipboard ..... no option to pick other notes created.

This feature has already been in the app for a long time. All you do is tap the message and tap "Copy".

I didn't realize you couldn't do that already? I'm new to this app... Yes I agree, seems like a basic function that doesn't even need considering

Love this app. I agree that it would be a nice enhancement to be able to copy portions of received texts rather than only being able to copy the whole message.

Copy and paste of text in sms

Would like to know if you can add copy and paste from SMS? Love the app but find if I need to copy text or address from messages I have to go back to the messaging app for that functionality. For example if I need to copy a number for an email or something I have to go back to stock.

Absolutely necessary to have this function!

Copy certain words on the text or numbers instead of the copy entire text that the app has.

"Full" clipboard access? As with stock app, galaxy series anyway. I.e. Pop up with recently copied items and buttons... That would be awesome
