Copy and paste of text in sms

Would like to know if you can add copy and paste from SMS? Love the app but find if I need to copy text or address from messages I have to go back to the messaging app for that functionality. For example if I need to copy a number for an email or something I have to go back to stock.

    Ohhhh ok I see what they're saying. It wasn't clear, so the ability to copy pieces of text from a message without copying the whole message. Clarification for others who were as confused as I was. I agree! I remember needing this desperately on several occasions.

    Oh dear. This doesn't support that? that's a uninstall right there unfortunately. because I use pgp encryption on my messages. copy and paste is must for pgp. unless you implement pgp encryption/decryption direct into the app.

    I need to copy and paste all of my texts from a certain person or persons for safety/legal reasons. And I need to save them to my email where I feel safe keeping them.

    I really need this feature. I have some 2-factor authentication sites that text me some fairly complex PIN's (mixed case, special chars, etc..) and being able to copy/paste those into the login would save a lot of time..

    This is really a great app and is the best text app I've found but I use copy and paste a lot

    my stock messaging app allows copying and pasting of pieces of a message. which is extremely helpful for addresses into the GPS. would love to see this become a part of textra as opposed to the 4 step process to get text from a message
