Textra 3.0 on a Note 3 with all updated software. Textra icon constantly shows an unread message.
Also, textra will not show on the notification bar on the lock screen. So, cannot view of there are new messages or not from the lock screen.

The number of unread messages was appearing on my home icon, but after recent phone update (galaxy s6) it no longer appears. Off topic, but the icon at the top of the screen wont go away sometimes after ive read a message.

Same issue as Alex Troy and KM ..... showing unread messages badge on homescreen icon when there are zero unread messages. Mark all as Read does not fix the problem....

Same problem as KM - I have no unread messages, but the homescreen icon is showing a number as unread. This is very annoying, how can this be fixed???

What is "Textra 2.6"? The most current version is 2.3. I have the "Badge App Icon" option checked in settings but I don't get a number count above the Textra icon on the home screen.

Does not refresh and remove number from icon. I also even went and hit mark all as unread.

Textra on my Note 4 has been showing 24 Unread messages for the last few weeks when there are none. The stock Samsung message app works correctly. Any ideas? Used to work just fine.

My Textra shows 99 Unread messages as well, even though there are actually zero unread.

My textra shows 99 unread messages, on Kitkat 4.4 for Sony Xperia 3316, when there aren't any. How do I resolve this critical issue?

I don't like how there's only 1 unread message. Like if I delete the notification off my screen and deletes it off my textra as well. It makes seem like I read it when I really did not. There should be a way to distguish whether the mesaage was read or not.

Does this mean it does not, and shall not, work on a Nexus 6 with Lollipop, with the stock launcher?

Like B Spinn, I use Buzz Launcher on my Galaxy note1 and Textra neither show any number of unread message.

I do not have the option for Unread count in my settings for Textra.
Is that because I am using Buzz launcher on my Galaxy S5?
Thanks
