Moving emails from HCL Notes (NSF files) to Office 365 can be hard because Office 365 doesn't work with NSF files directly. I had this happen when I tried to migrate my HCL Notes mailbox to Exchange Online. Using manual methods took a long time, was hard to understand, and sometimes caused emails or attachments to be lost.
I utilised GainTools NSF to Office 365 to move the files. It let me bring my NSF files straight into Office 365 without changing the folder structure. All emails, attachments, and information about the emails, such as the sender, recipient, and date, were kept. You can additionally select which folders or emails to move, which is helpful if you don't want to move everything at once.
Important things that made it useful:
Moving directly from NSF to Office 365
Keeps the folder structure and email metadata
Safely sends attachments
You can choose to move certain folders or emails.
