I have an app called Voice Notebook that has a configuration called Replacements, which defines a list of phrases that when spoken inserts a replacement. For example, "new line" is replaced by a carriage return. This allows many more punctuations by speaking a special phrase than are provided by using the microphone key on the Microsoft keyboard.
This would be very helpful.
