If your goal is to import PST to Office 365 archive mailboxes directly, then manual methods can quickly become confusing and time-consuming. Additionally, it supports migration with or without attachments, depending on storage requirements in Office 365. Unlike manual methods that often require Outlook installation and PowerShell scripting, this software works independently and provides a much more user-friendly interface for Office 365 email migration projects.
