I suggest adding an option to automatically delete SMS messages after a configurable delay. For example, authentication codes that expire after 10 minutes could be automatically deleted after 15 minutes, giving users a little extra time while keeping their messaging inbox clean.

This feature would reduce clutter, improve privacy, and eliminate the need to manually delete temporary messages. Ideally, users could enable this feature and customize the deletion delay in their settings.
