Please. I only have like a half dozen contact photos in my phone, and I think most people are in the same boat. All these bubbles do is take up space that could otherwise be devoted to reading a preview of the most recent message. I'm all about information density, and not having an option to remove what I view as wastes of space isn't exactly great.

If Gmail can let us do this for our emails, then an app with as many customization options as Textra should really allow us to do this for SMS/MMS.

Can they please add this? It's literally the only thing bothering me. I don't use pictures and the bubbles are irritating I just need the name that's all. PLEASE just add the option to remove the contact picture bubble from the convo list.

This would actually make textra my favourite app of all time, I have no other complaints...I don't use contacts photos and this would be AMZAZING

Agreed. I do not use contact pictures. I just have circles with some text written next to them for all my conversations. Useless and ugly. Please give us the option to simply remove the circles with the contact pictures in them.
