Add text delay option for those "oh shit" moments

There could be different options, like delay for 3, 5, 10 seconds. And while the delay is counting down to send, make a "cancel sending" option. most other apps have this.

    Longer delay. 9 seconds isn't enough sometimes.

    Message should display in conversation for a variable number of seconds depending on message length with a check and cross button before actually sending. Check ends the delay, cross reopens the message as a draft before it's sent.
