TTS - text to speech. Just read me my texts when I'm driving or have my hands full. Google TTS is on the phone... just use it.

The third party notification apps that read the notifications will only read the exact notification text. I keep my text messages private so it never actually reads me the text message. Text your needs a native text to speech function especially while hands-free

There's another post regarding Google Now integration. I agree with this being a necessary implementation.

This is something that definitely needs to be addressed. I was quite impressed with the app until I realized that it doesn't communicate with the hands free .

I love this idea! At&t driving mode app does this for the phone calls and text messages, BUT, takes over the phone screen when motion is detected. So you can't use Google Navagation or Ulysses speedometer app. This feature would be a great addition for us who use our phones in our older cars ('08 Honda Fit). Thanks!
